It's Time for Me to Shut Up.

So my cousin was a guest judge for the children's karaoke competition segment in the Seng Shiong Supermarket Gameshow live yesterday night on Channel 8. Enuff said.

Last week was full of feasts. Just feast your eyes on these pictures in the later part of this entry.

Just 2 hours ago, i applied the GST credits already through the ATM machine. HAHAHA fuck the news la, they said 15th May. When it comes to government giving money, there's no waiting in the dictionary.

I was freaking disappointed that im only entitled $200/yr instead of $250 which i myself thought i should be getting. HAHAHAHA. I was damn bloody moody for the rest of the night after i saw my ATM transaction receipt which stated the $200.

Don't try to make things worse by saying, "hey at least u got the package, better than nothing". Screw you, really. $50 difference is alot when my salary is not as high as the ministers. Do you think i will still care if my salary is HALF as high as these ministers. As a matter of fact, i'll still CARE. But not as much, as grumpy until i would write an entry to complain coz by then the $50 difference will be peanuts to me. You get me? Haiya though i sound crappy, but u know and i know i does make sense always. Anyway, i guess i'll be asking everybody how much is their GST credits tommorrow. HAHAHAHA

A wide variety of fusion food. There is absolutely no lack of choices. Seriously, I really wasn't able to try everything. In fact i was eating very little that night, coz no appetite. I only had some sushis, a slice of steak, 2 slices of chicken thighs, chicken soup noodles, chilli crabs, scallops with brocoli(i had 3 servings - the Chef was stunned), 4 crayfish, 2 bowls of soup, tim sum, some other miscellaneous stuffs(like pies and blabla) and alittle dessert only.

I wasn't feeling very well la, so i missed out on the cakes, spaghetti, porridge, some other soups and some other meats, some other sushis & seafood. No choice la, its not good to force food down when u know u have a small appetite. -_-

Its halal by the way, therefore the tim sum, noodles and rice not that nice coz no babi. But the rest sedap.

$45 nett/person. But coz my biu jies are members so we have a further 20% discount. And coz my biu jies are all damn rich, its FOC for me.




Its nice to pamper urself by savouring all-u-can-eat buffets once a mth. At Carousel, the atmosphere is there. The choices were meant to spoil you, and although some of them are disappointing, i can safely assure that you will leave the cafe satisfied. Be sure to choose the window seats where you can look at the contrast between the people munching on KFC directly opposite at Far East. HAHAHA im kiddin.

PLACE: 9 out of 10.
MONEY: 7.5 out of 10.

Food was moderately good, the variety was just enough, its basically the typical what you will have for steamboat. It's not as Fungi as u think it would be. In fact, we only had 2 types of mushrooms - the typical big brown ones and kilos of japanese golden needle mushrooms.

Price is almost $30nett/person. Foodwise, i really think it's not bad la. Actually all steamboats taste almost the same. Its the people that you're eating with that matters. The more people sit together and cook, the more delicious is the steamboat. Coz all the saliva all mix inside.
